Pricing
Predictable pricing based on complexity and scale
ScaleWise pricing is designed for real, ongoing back-office operations — not short-term staffing or call-center models.
Your cost is determined by two clear variables:
- The complexity of the work
- The size of the team required
No hidden overhead. No add-ons. No renegotiation every time you scale.
How pricing works — Band-Based Pricing
Each campaign has one tier (1–3) set during scoping and one band (Launch, Scale, Enterprise) based on team size.
Scope the campaign
Define the tasks in scope.
Assign the Tier (1–3)
Tier is set by task rigor and risk.
Confirm team size
Band is set by associate count.
Apply your band rates
Launch, Scale, or Enterprise.
Tier pricing - Pick a band inside each tier
Three tiers, three bands. Each card shows the associate hourly rate for the tier you need — defaulting to Scale because it fits most teams.
